With our Ireland Football Special, we sort your flights and your match ticket. You pick your weekend, choose your airport and how many nights you want, and we take care of getting you there and into the ground. You will be flying to Ireland to watch a League of Ireland match but you wont know which game or which city until you get to the airport. Thats the buzz of it.

Your package includes return flights from your chosen UK airport and a match ticket to an Irish football fixture. No accommodation is included which means you have full control over where you stay and how much you spend. Sort yourself a hostel, hotel or Airbnb, whatever works for you.

Choose a 1 night trip to fly out Friday and back Saturday, or grab the 2 night option and fly back Sunday giving you a proper weekend to soak it all in. Either way you are guaranteed a quality football experience in one of Europes most underrated leagues with some of the best atmospheres you will find anywhere.

Once booked we will confirm everything and send your full itinerary ahead of your trip. All you need to do is turn up at the airport and enjoy the ride. Pints of Guinness, Friday night football under the lights and a city to explore with your mates. This is what weekends were made for.

How does the booking process work?: The booking process is simple. Select the package that best suits your budget and preferences. Once you order, you’ll receive a passport form to fill in, once that’s done we’ll get to work carefully putting together the best weekend of the year for you!
Can I book an Ireland Football Special for a group of more than 6 people?: Absolutely! If you have a party larger than 6 looking to book an Ireland Football Special, simply drop us a message on our live chat between 10am-6pm or email us at info@mysteryawaydays.co.uk and we can give you a custom quote.
Can I extend my trip by extra nights?: Absolutely. If you want to stay longer, just let us know before booking and we can price up additional hotel nights.
Will we be sat together?: Yes. You and your group will be sat together for the game.
Can I book for someone else as a gift?: Yes. You can book the package in your name and include the traveller’s details on the passport form when it arrives.
When will I receive details about my trip?: We usually send all flight and match tickets and accommodation details (if requested) a couple of weeks before your departure date. Sometimes, match tickets may arrive a little closer to your departure date depending on when our partner clubs distribute the tickets to us.
Is checked luggage included?: Checked luggage isn’t included by default, but you will have free carry-on luggage which we find is fine for a short trip. After you get your information, you can add on more luggage direct with the airline if needed.

Atalanta FC v AC Milan in Bergamo - bellissimo!

“Had a fantastic weekend away in Bergamo, Italy, and watched Atalanta FC play AC Milan.

We had 10 front-row seats right next to the AC Milan ultras and an unobstructed view of the Atalanta ultras at the far end of the pitch. An unforgettable night of football! Our accommodation was very good for our needs and centrally located.

Everything was organised in advance by MAD and went smoothly throughout the check-in processes. We’ll all be back again!

Amazing Time From Start to Finish

“Amazing time and experience end to end – From booking to the weekend, the comms to jetting off for our adventure it was seamless.

Our trip was to see Annecy FC vs Red Star, with us flying into Geneva. Hotel was great, clean and close to Annecy. Annecy itself is beautiful and lots to do (cycle round the lake, wandering the cobbled streets sampling the local food and drinks) the highlight of the weekend was ultimately the match on Friday night. Great atmosphere and really friendly crowds.

The stadium atmosphere was totally different to the UK, we were sat right next to the away fans which created an enjoyable experience and they never stopped singing.”
